Terms and Conditions for Hack the Future 3.1

Eligibility

1. Participants who paid ₦50,000 for Hack the Future 3.0 Premium Plan are automatically eligible to join Hack the Future 3.1 for free.
2. New participants must pay the full registration fee of ₦100,000 to gain access.

1 Million Naira Monthly Challenge

1. The challenge is structured to provide tools, mentorship, and strategies to help participants achieve their income goals.
2. Success in the challenge depends on the participant’s commitment, implementation of strategies, and active engagement. No guarantees are made regarding income.

Participation Requirements

1. Participants must have access to a stable internet connection to join live sessions and access resources.
2. Participants must attend all required webinars, complete assigned tasks, and actively participate in the accountability community.

Refund Policy

1. No refunds will be issued for payments made for Hack the Future 3.1.
2. Eligible Hack the Future 3.0 Premium participants cannot transfer their free access to another person.

Content and Resources

1. All content, materials, and resources provided during the program are for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or selling program materials is strictly prohibited.
2. Unauthorized use of program content may result in legal action.

Challenge Framework

1. Participants will receive structured challenges with specific milestones to track progress.
2. Rewards for achieving milestones are determined solely at the discretion of the program organizers.

Code of Conduct

1. Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect toward fellow participants and mentors.
2. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or violation of program rules may result in removal from the program without refund.

Liability

1. The organizers of Hack the Future 3.1 are not responsible for any outcomes, financial or otherwise, resulting from participant actions during or after the program.
2. The program serves as an educational and support platform. Success depends on individual effort and market conditions.
